This Privacy Policy explains what personal data 8 Bit Digital Solutions (sole proprietor: Ishant Dubey) — "we", "us" — collects through aivisibilityaudit.in, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. What we collect

We do not ask for, and do not want, any sensitive personal data — no government IDs, no financial account details, no health data. Please do not send these to us.

2. Legal basis — your consent

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give us, in two separate places:

The form: you tick the consent box before submitting. That is your consent to receive the report and follow-up emails.
The cookie banner: analytics and behaviour tracking stay switched off until you press "Accept". If you press "Reject", or ignore the banner, those tools are not loaded.

You can withdraw either consent at any time — see section 6.

3. Who your data is shared with

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with the processors we need to run the service:

Brevo — sends your report email and any follow-up emails.
Razorpay — processes payments for paid audits. They collect payment details directly; we only see the transaction result.
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity — website analytics and session behaviour. Loaded only after you accept the cookie banner.
Cloudflare — DNS, CDN and security in front of the site.
Our own self-hosted automation and first-party analytics, running on servers we control.

4. AI engines — important, please read

To produce the audit we send your brand name, website URL, social handles and niche as search queries to third-party AI and search services (which may include OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, DeepSeek and similar providers) to measure whether they recognise your brand.

We do not send your email address, phone number or any other personal contact detail to those services. The information we do send is business information that is already publicly available about your brand. Each provider handles the query under its own privacy terms.

5. How long we keep it

Lead and audit data — up to 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Order and payment records — retained as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires.
Analytics data — retained under each provider's standard retention settings.

6. Your rights under the DPDP Act

Access — ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction and erasure — ask us to fix or delete it.
Withdraw consent — click "unsubscribe" in any email, or email us. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent, and stops future processing.
Withdraw cookie consent — clear this site's data in your browser (Site settings → Cookies and site data → Delete) and the banner will ask again.
Nominate — nominate another person to exercise these rights if you are unable to.
Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us first (section 8). If unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Email any of these requests to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security, children, and changes

Traffic is encrypted over HTTPS and access to our systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the DPDP Act requires.

This service is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be emailed to subscribers.
