Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when you can cancel a paid audit and how refunds work. It forms part of our Terms of Service. The free Snapshot costs nothing, so nothing here applies to it.

1. The short version

7 days, no questions asked. If you are not happy with a paid audit, tell us within 7 days of the report being delivered and we refund it in full.

2. Cancellation before delivery

If you cancel before we deliver the report, you get a 100% refund. Email [email protected] from the address you ordered with.

3. Refund after delivery

• Window: 7 calendar days from the date the report is emailed to you.
• Amount: 100% of what you paid.
• Reason: none required.
• How to ask: email [email protected] with your order or payment reference.

After 7 days we cannot refund a delivered report, because the work and the third-party AI queries behind it have already been spent.

4. If we cannot deliver

If we fail to deliver within the timelines in our Terms (24–48 hours for Lite, 48–72 hours for Multi-LLM Deep) and cannot fix it after you tell us, you get a full refund automatically — you do not need to ask twice.

5. How refunds are paid

• Refunds are issued through Razorpay, back to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different account.
• We initiate the refund within 3 business days of approving your request.
• Your bank or card issuer then typically takes 5–7 business days to credit it. That part is outside our control.
• You will get an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

6. What is not refundable

• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.
• Audits where you supplied a brand, website or social profile you were not authorised to submit.
• Dissatisfaction with the findings where the report itself was delivered correctly and on time — a low visibility score is a valid result, not a defective product. You may of course still use the 7-day no-questions window.

7. Disputes

Please email us before raising a chargeback — we settle almost everything the same week. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
