These Terms govern your use of aivisibilityaudit.in, operated by 8 Bit Digital Solutions (sole proprietor: Ishant Dubey), Bhopal, India. By using the site or buying an audit, you accept these Terms.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Delivery is by email to the address you provide. If a report has not arrived, check your spam folder and then email us — we will resend it.
Reports are generated by automated queries against third-party search engines and AI models. Those systems are probabilistic: the same query can return different answers at different times, and their outputs change without notice.
The report is therefore a point-in-time diagnostic and an informational opinion. We do not guarantee, and you should not infer, any promise that:
Nothing in a report is legal, financial or investment advice.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. Our refund and cancellation terms are set out in full in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The site, its content, the report format, scoring method and templates remain our intellectual property. On full payment you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the report delivered to you for your own business purposes, including sharing it internally or with your own advisors.
Your brand names, trademarks and content remain yours. We may reference the fact that we audited a brand in anonymised, aggregate form; we will not publish your report or identify you as a customer without your permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the audit giving rise to the claim. For the free Snapshot, that amount is zero.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost business, or decisions you take on the basis of a report. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The service is provided "as is". We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we may update these Terms — the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Orders already paid for are fulfilled under the Terms in force when you paid.
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting proceedings, please raise the issue with us — most problems are resolved by email within a few days.
